Totoko Mart – Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility:
   We accept returns for products that are unused and in their original packaging. Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

2. How to Return:
   Contact us via WhatsApp or email to start the return process. We will provide instructions on how to send the product back.

3. Refund:
   Once the product is received, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

4. Non-Returnable Items:

   • Used, damaged, or missing parts

   • Personalized or customized products

5. Exchange Option:
   Exchanges are possible based on available stock. Contact us to arrange an exchange.
